By accessing or using the ‘Bhetcha’ mobile application or website bhetcha.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the App, including those who browse, contribute content, or engage in transactions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App or the Website.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate these Terms. Any user or post that is reported will be reviewed and if found as inappropriate, post and/ or user may be removed from the platform. Upon reporting, review and action will be completed with in 24 hours.

• External Links: The App and Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. These links are provided for your convenience, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or any other aspect of those third-party sites.
